The Iberico pig is free range and reared in the dehesas (grasslands) of South Western Spain, fed with bellotas (acorns) and grains. Iberico pig is popularly known as Pata Negra (black hoof). The jamon leg is air dried for around 36 months in the region of Guijuelo. Already carved and vacuum paked for your convenience. Best kept in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. It can also be kept refrigerated. Open the pack 10 minutes before eating so it reaches the right temperature for its enhanced flavour. Once open keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. We suggest covering it with a film to keep it moist. Weight 100g. Gluten and Dairy free.
