From possibly the best artisan supplier of smoked Morcilla in Asturias, northern Spain, we have these delicious paprika-flavoured smoked blood sausages, classically used in the stew Fabada Asturiana, but they can also be grilled and served on toast as a tapa, or lightly sauteed for example with young broad beans flavoured with mint.
