  • In 2008 Ferran Adrià created the first olive oil caviar. Made in small quantities, the product was so new and impossible to do. For us wasn't a job, was a hobby, something to do as a diversion.
  • The first oil caviar made out of the kitchen of El Bulli. Adrià felt that our oil caviar was good enough to serve in his restaurant.
