Pure olive oil from olives recollected in the region of Sierra de Gata, in the northeast of the province of Caceres, Spain. Here, we only recollect those olives that meet the standards we consider fundamental to obtain extra virgin oil of the highest quality. The olives must be clean and healthy, without any visible defects and in their optimal point of maturity. Only with this method of selection we guarantee the continued quality of our extra virgin olive oil to our customers.
