Extra Virgin Olive oil from ecological agricultural ingredients. Ideal as a dressing on pasta, sauces & barbecued meats Oli Migjorn is a small scale project dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees and the production of organic extra virgin oil. The quality is one of the most important achievements of the project. The field work, the ecological treatment, the olives optimal harvesting and the use of modern equipment for the oil elaboration are the key of everything. The result is a unique, high-quality and local product. This is a young and fascinating project born in 2007, which had the will of recovering an old country house located in Navàs, in the Cardener valley, in the south of Cardona, which is at the same time in Bages region, Barcelona. Some plantations of Arbequina olive trees were the first steps to start producing extra virgin oil. Later on, the company took a new and clear direction: to recover the local and original variety of olive from the Cardener's river surroundings: The Corbella variety.
